3. How is using H3 Homebuyers different from selling my house with a real estate agent?

A real estate agent helps you sell your house using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). It is a marketing tool to get your home in front of many potential buyers. 9. How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property. We also look at what repairs are needed and the property’s current condition. We also look at the prices of similar houses sold nearby. As you know, house values have taken a huge hit in the last 5 years and most areas still haven’t seen prices come back up. We consider many pieces of information. We use them to come up with a fair price. It works for us and for you too.
